At Kasa Kulture, we strive to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we are more than happy to provide a full refund.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging including tags, box, etc.

Items that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to you, and you may be responsible for any return postage or associated costs.

To start a return, please email us at info@kasakulture.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason. Once we review your request, we will send you instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once approved.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@kasakulture.co.uk so we can evaluate and resolve the issue immediately.
