What we check
Each pair is checked against the manufacturer specification before it is listed. If an item does not pass, it is set aside and returned to the supplier rather than sent to you.
Construction and materials
Stitching, materials, colourway and sole construction are inspected against the manufacturer specification.
Labelling
Size labels, country of manufacture, care instructions and hang tags are reviewed for accuracy and consistency.
Packaging and accessories
The original box, labels, tissue and any included accessories are checked before the pair is packed.
Product codes
Style codes and barcodes are cross referenced to confirm the product matches its listing.
Guarantee
Our guarantee to you
If you receive a product from Kasa Kulture that you believe to be inauthentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will:
- Arrange a free return at our expense
- Carry out a full re-inspection of the product
- Issue a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed inauthentic
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
