By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms, together with our privacy policy, returns policy and shipping policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you use Klarna, you must also meet Klarna's own eligibility criteria, which require you to be at least 18 and a UK resident.

4. Products and pricing

Every product listed on our website is inspected by our team before dispatch. For details of how we source and check stock, see our authenticity guarantee.

As an independent retailer, our prices reflect current market demand, availability and sourcing costs. They may differ from the manufacturer's recommended retail price.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional taxes, fees or surcharges at checkout. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We make every effort to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors. If we find a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Product images are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly between screens and under different lighting.

5. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. Your order is subject to acceptance by us.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email. That email confirms we have received your order but it does not accept it. A binding contract between you and KASA KULTURE LTD is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, where we suspect fraud, or where eligibility requirements are not met. If we cancel your order we will tell you and refund you in full to your original payment method.

All orders are subject to availability. Because many of our pairs are limited in availability, we cannot guarantee that an item will still be available between adding it to your basket and completing checkout.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.

Card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details at any time.

If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's own terms, conditions and eligibility criteria apply. Full details are at klarna.com.

Payment is taken at the time of order for all methods except Klarna's pay later option, where payment is due in accordance with Klarna's terms.

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or at the weekend or on a public holiday, are dispatched the next working day. We process and ship Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1 working day after dispatch. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. KASA KULTURE LTD is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping on UK orders is free. On international orders the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return we will approve your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

10. Product authenticity

Every item we sell is inspected by a member of our team before dispatch. We buy from reputable and trusted suppliers within the UK rather than from open marketplaces or private sellers, and each item is checked against the manufacturer specification before it is listed.

If you receive a product you believe to be inauthentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return, carry out a re-inspection, and issue a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed inauthentic.

11. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@kasakulture.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close accounts we reasonably believe are being used in breach of these terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a way that may harm our business or other customers.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, page layouts and software, is the property of KASA KULTURE LTD or its content suppliers, and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

Third party brand names, logos and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for product identification and do not imply affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to that, KASA KULTURE LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or services.

Our total liability to you for all losses arising under or in connection with these terms, whether in contract, tort including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, will not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where that results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, government action, carrier delays or supply chain disruption.

14. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it. Prohibited uses include buying products for commercial resale without our prior written consent, using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website, attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to other accounts, submitting false or misleading information at checkout or registration, and any activity we reasonably consider fraudulent.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders and restrict access for any user we believe to be in breach of these terms.

15. Third party links and services

Our website may link to third party websites, services or applications such as Klarna, PayPal or social media platforms. These links are for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or policies of any third party site.

Your use of a third party service is subject to that provider's own terms. We encourage you to read them before providing personal information or completing a transaction.

If you have a complaint about any part of our service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider. You can also contact Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards office for guidance on your rights.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these terms, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland you may bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

19. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our privacy policy, returns policy, shipping policy and authenticity guarantee, form the entire agreement between you and KASA KULTURE LTD in relation to your use of this website, and supersede any prior agreement or understanding between us.
