Shipping Policy

DISPATCH TIMES

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

Orders placed before 2PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

DELIVERY SERVICE

All orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

There are two UK delivery options at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Standard delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. It aims to arrive within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.

• Express next day delivery is free on orders over £150. Below £150 it is £6. It aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch.

• International delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout. Free UK delivery applies to UK orders only.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times run from dispatch, not from the time you place your order. Neither service is guaranteed, and delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, less the £5 return charge. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once approved.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Royal Mail. Kasa Kulture Ltd is not liable for lost or missing parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact our customer support and we will help you resolve the issue directly with Royal Mail.
